ABOUT
Hope. Whether it is hope for a better future, hope for a better day or just hope for a good hour, we all need hope to get out of the bed in the morning and get through each day. For some of us, hope is hard to come by.
I wish to provide the tools and support to manage stress, trauma, and emotions to reconnect mind, body and breath in a way that is accessible to all. Trauma and stress may be inevitable but being trapped by them shouldn't be. I use simple poses and breath focused yoga to teach nervous system resilience so you can bounce back from stress easier.
At Hope Yoga, I am committed to continually strive for knowledge so we can provide you the compassion and hope you need in a safe environment while empowering you to heal yourself.
In short, I am sharing hope, healing and recovery with yoga to all body types; whether they be veterans and first responders, office workers or those on disability. Because we all need hope.
